Blackberry bold 9900 or iPhone ?

Okay so I have an iPhone 3GS at the moment and for my birthday I really want bb bold 9900 but I don't know whether I should just upgrade to iPhone 4? I really miss having a keyboard!
can you adjust the brightness on blackberry? & use fb chat?

if anything wait a month and the iphone5 will be out and if you cant then go with the iphone 4 its over all better and not to mention youll be loosing all your apps if you switch to a bb
