Blackberry Bold 9900 ugrade Q10 possible?

so, I have the bold 9900, love it to death. i;ve had it for a year and a half now. I want to know if its possible to upgrade to the Q10. I'm with rogers and I looked around the website it doesnt say anything about upgrading from any phone to the q10. I think its because it hasnt come out yet but I could just not be looking right. I want to give my 9900 hundred to my little sister (not so little a few years younger then me) and I want to also know if I need to pay a fee or something to give it to my little sister or do I just need to get a new sim card for the phone? I dont know what to do. If anyone helps that'd be great :) I know that the q10 wont be released till may-june at the earliest. so any help would be great.
 
You will be able to upgrade to the Q10, but your contract must be completed, assuming you're on one. If you aren't on a contract, or your contract is not up, you will have purchase the phone outright to upgrade. More information will come along when the phone is released.
