Wll droid is better. its faster, bigger, has NFC, some have better cameras then the 4S, better sound and call quality, 4G speeds, customizable, HDMI port, Keyboards, more features, allot more, widgets, live walpapers, more memory (if you get 64gig SD card), removable battery, more powerful battery. There is more i just cant think of any.

The nexus prime comes out to verizon on october 27 or november 3. and that will be the fastest and best phone in the world. NFC means u can type your credit card number into your phone and u can put your phone up to a credit card machine and it will read it as a credit card. no need to actually pull out the credit card. it will have a 720 p HD screen that is 4.65 inchs. the phone wont have any buttons which means the phone is all screen and will be about as big as the droid x. but the screen on the nexus will fillup the whole phone. it will have a front facing 2mp camera and a back 8mp camera with 1080p recording. bluthooth 4.0 and ANDROID ICRE CREAM SANDWICH. AMAZING.
