Right, I keep getting app error 523, which causes my phone to reset, and after several hours of googling I found that I had to reinstall the OS, which I know how to do. My question was that by replacing my OS would all my contacts, images, and BBM contacts be wiped off and have to be re-added? or would they just say? Thanks for any help, please don't mock my question, would just like an opinion from someone who has done this before. Thanks everyone in advance,and merry Christmas.
