I want to buy the blackberry pearl flip 8230 prepaid on telus (in the prepaid phone list)

and I want to get the prepaid "$20 250mb of data and unlimited text"

Will BBM , MSN, Facebook App, Browsing , Appworld work? Since it was in the prepaid phone list?

Err, I hate to burst your bubble but that's not the "prepaid phone list". That's a list of phones that are currently on sale on the Telus website.
Telus does not support blackberries on their prepaid network and while you WILL get internet service 250mb isn't really enough to successfully use a blackberry, you will probalby be going over that limit all the time and running out of money. As well, BBM, MSN, apps, etc... will all come at a separate price or just won't work at all.
This blackberry is meant to be activated on a plan only!
