So I was charging my phone one day and it just wouldn't charge then a few hours later i look at my phone and it says JVM error. So i freaked out and connected to my computer and downloaded desktop manager and the handheld software. But for some reason the desktop manager keeps saying unable to connect to device even though my computer shows that it's connected to the computer. The only thing that did change is now my phone says reload software 561. Is there any hope in fixing it? Why can't i connect to the desktop manager any ideas?
