I have AT&T. I receive a message- but it's all white. No picture- no attachment to open, and it just started happening. I can send pics, just wont receive an actual picture. I have hard started with the battery several times. Messed with the themes, changed from GSM-GPRS, back to GSM, as suggested. Nothing works....PLEASE HELP
