Blackberry Playbook vs LG Slate vs Motorola Xoom?

Which do you like and why? Are they all amazing or does one stand out?
I have T-Mobile so I will be able to get the Slate and/or the Playbook...but would the Xoom be worth going to a Verizon contract for?
