BLACKBERRY problem pleeeease help!!!?

hi guys!

iv got a problem :( last night i turnt my phone off and when i turnt it back on, my blackberry messenger and all my contacts had gone - the whole application is nowhere to be found! Iv try to download the new one and its saying it sucessfully uploaded but i cant find it on the phone..does anyone know where it will be? or even better - how to get my old one back with all my contacts? yes i have turnt my phone on and off about 5 times now.

yes, my mom had the same problem, take your phone to your service provider, they will help you free, unless you need to buy some kinda software to reinstall the contacts, but my mom didn't pay a cent.
 
Go to all your icons and hit the menu key, select "show all" and see if the icon got hidden. If it shows up you can uncheck "hide" on the messenger icon.

If that doesnt work, take your battery completely out and put it in again after 5 seconds, reboot.
