Hi all,
I have a BlackBerry Storm that I've had since around January. Today, I was on the web and the phone started to be unresponsive and it just froze. I pulled out the battery and put it back in many times. I also removed and replaced the SIM card and the memory card. The phone does nothing except for the LED blinking red. What is wrong with my phone? Is there anything I can do?
