Blackberry Themes?

I can never find one that I like, so I was wondering
how do you make blackberry themes? Do you need
a program and how to download it onto your phone
once you are done making it. I don't have a chip on
my phone to sync anything but I do have the chord.
 
uhm, i'm not sure but why don't you try ownskin.com and zedge.com. i know they have a lot of theme 'vaults' and galleries to choose from for a wide range of phones. it has instructions on how to put it on your phone so i think you won't have a hard time transferring them.
