Software have some bugs and my screen does not work. I need to master reset my phone with recipe for buttons: central, down(x3), central, down... something like that. Or just order of menu items...

I bought my phone alone, without contract or number and because of that service provider doesn't care for my problem. I can't call the service provider or visit the service care to fix this problem.
I just can go end pay them to fix my software. I'm trying to fix it myself, without paying for it. That's the catch!
