Im a 16 year old girl. I have a lot of blood in my stool. some is bright red and some is really dark, almost black and chunky. Im also experiencing cramps. they started in my stomach and now is in my sides and back area also. they did a cat scan and now they have to do a colonoscopy. what could it be?
