Blu ray playback on my pc?

I have a Radeon hd 6670 1gb card, intel pentium 4 ht 3.4ghz cpu, 2gb ram and a HP S2031 20inch lcd screen with windows 7 ultimate (32bit)

When i play blu rays the videos freezes every few seconds and only a little bit of my cpu is used and and about 10% of my ram is used so it seems everything is fine (im not playing a blu ray dvd its a video file)

im useing k-lite codec pack(full)

any info will help
