bluetooth and computer?

so i have a razor phone and i want to put muzik on it but i dont know how..i know u have to hve blue tooth but i dont think that i have bluetooth...how do i get bluetooth on my computer?
 
You have to buy a bluetooth USB dongle for your PC.
Look up google USB Bluetooth
 
u need to buy it from the company u got your phone and u need to buy a bluetooth and the software
