bluetooth: Cell phone to computer connection? help?!?

how can i find out if my computer has bluetooth functions that i can transfer my pictures and videos to it from my cell phone??

i have a motorola razr v3 with AT&T wireless. i have text messaging services, but no internet capabilities on my phone (no going on sites, downloading, etc) but i do know how to use bluetooth from my phone to another phone..

computers usually don't have bluetooth. i had to buy a little bluetooth usb thing to connect to my computer. you can probably find one in any electronics store,
