Bluetooth connection problem.?

When I connect my laptop and android phone with Bluetooth the phone only capable for send and receive file and restore phone book backup. Now I want connect to internet, control my phone and laptop via Bluetooth and all other things that did by Bluetooth.

Sorry, I didn't really understand your issue!

you can send file(s) from computer to cell phone via bluetooth or vice versa! right!!!

but you want to control your cell via a computer through internet/bluetooth!
you can't do that, it's impossible!
