Bluetooth Does not Work?

Every time i try to connect my Samsung R410 to another phone thru Bluetooth, it doesnt work, it says "Not Supported Type" and my Device Info says

Type : Mobile Phone
Status : Not Connected

What can i do to fix it?
 
mine does the same thing.

except when i try to connect to my friends motorolla (sp?)
it says

no devices found.
it makes me sooo mad!!
 
Impossible to figure out here. Go to your local cell phone store. For instance if your cell phone provider is Sprint/Nextel go there, if your provider is Verizon go to that store etc. They can set it up for you.
