So I have a Toshiba Laptop . I been looking online and it said if you have Bluetooth Devices On your control panel.. ( I have vista. ) . And I have that. So It ask me to select a wireless device to pair my laptop with. I don't understand what this mean? Does it mean I need to buy a USB adapter or something else? Sorry I don't understand much about tech.

~ If I do have bluetooth, How can i enable it. Because it said when I click bluetooth devices, it should have a tap that says enable bluetooth and such.. But When I open bluetooth there isn't anything. Only Bluetooth settings which sends me to nowhere and Add a device which ask me to pair up with a device. .. ~

Thanks for helping! Sorry if I am stupid.. Not a big tech fan.
Im trying to add my wii-remote. It shows on youtube what to do. but I would need a USB adapter.. So idk.. :/ Help please?! Its for a game.

no usb adapter.

if you dont want to link it up to anything you dont have to.
if youre trying to connect a phone or something to it click the "add device" button and turn on your phone or whatever and it will pop up on your computer then click it .

bluetooth is not a requirement is more of a leisure option if your trying to send information from a mobile device to your laptop without plugging it in to a usb
