Bluetooth passkey?

I just bought a kensington bluetooth adapter for my pc and am trying to connect it to my Razr (my service provider is US Cellular)

my pc and my phone are prompting me for a bluetooth passkey, and i've entered in the defalut codes (0000, 1111, 1234) and none have worked. The manual doesnt tell me where i can find the code either. help please!!!
 
put 0000 on your computer and 0000 on your phone they should then connect. you dont say if your bluetooth finds the phone or not
 
if i remember correctly, you need to enter any code you like on the bluetooth / computer side first, then your cp will prompt for the same passkey as well.
