Bluetooth Peripheral Device?

I bought a bluetooth usb dongle, it works wen i send & receive files from my pc to mobile but I'm wondering why if I remove it in my laptop den put it back again it installs again and it was looking for a bluetooth peripheral device? My laptop is Toshiba Satellite L300, Windows Vista 32 bit, where i can download that bluetooth peripheral device for free? or Is der any other way not to pop-up those messages that I need to install it all over again.. Please help.. Thanks!
 
If you plug it into your laptop and then installed it, then plug it back into hte exact same USB slot it shouldnt reinstall it self, if you plug it into a different USB slot it will most probebly reinstall it self.

The software which was installed on your computer may have some options to stop it poping up and searching evertime the device is plugged in. You will need to look in the bluetooths software options.
