Bluetooth Problem in My Dell D620 Laptop?

Aslam o Alaikum everybody. I have a Dell D620 Laptop. But dont know how to Turn on its Builtin Bluetooth. i Saw a Lot of Un-Answered Questions on Yahoo aobut that model. I m using Windows Seven 32bit on it. and in Device Manger all Drivers are Installed but Bluetooth is Written No where. i have enabled it in Bios. but cant see even in Control Panel anything like Bluetooth.

press and hold "windows button"+"R button" at the same time.in the box that appears write"fsquirt" and enter.fee amane llah :)
 
my mother's toshiba laptop uses the same wireless Fn+function key to turn on bluetooth. it's the key that looks like a radio transmitter.
