Bluetooth question?

Apparently I need a bluetooth radio to attach to my computer... what is this???

Bluetooth radio in this sense most likely refers to bluetooth wireless. There are devices that you can buy to add bluetooth wireless to your PC and the bluetooth dongle is probably the most popular and it can be plugged into your USB port. I've used them before to transfer files between my bluetooth enabled phone and the PC.
