bluetooth question???

i have a phone by lg called the "muziq" from sprint
i can add my trusted devices, but when i try to connect to them, it says connection failed everytime
i already have the code and stuff it just wont connect
 
..I dont know if this helps, which it probably doesn't, BUT, i have an LG Shine and my phone does connect but it won't recieve because there isnt enough phone memory to hold anything.
I dont know whether you are having a similar problem.
 
You need to be within range of them and you both require to be connected to bluetooth.
 
This happened to me too when I first tried to connect the blue tooth. You could go to the store or try looking up the code in the manuel to the bluetooth if you don't have it you can acess any manuel online. That's what I did and found the acess code.
