bluetooth transfer to phone?

i have bluetooth dongle and have had for ages. use it to transfer my music to fone but now it doesnt seem to want to work>>?? i have checked everything on fone and what i know on computer just keeps saying file transfer unsuccesful??? please help ......
i hav tried repairing but it still doesnt want to work ??? doesnt make sense. has always worked and now it wont ?
 
check if the memory is full
check if you have the correct connection name spelt roperlt
or if all else fails take it to a professional!!!!!!
