bluetooth wont connect to cell?

my mom got a bluetooth and it was working perfect. then i wanted to use it with my phone for a little bit so i connected it and it worked fine. then when my mom tried to connect to it her phone it wouldnt work. the phone found the bluetooth and paired itself with it but then when it was supposed to connect it wouldnt. what could be wrong?

If the bluetooth on your phone is activated, that may be the problem... It's still connecting to your phone, because yours was the last one it was activated on.

a bluetooth headset cannot be paired with two phones, it must be reset-ed before being paired with other phone. also, each bluetooth headset has its own way to reset, so u gotta read the guide book to do so.
