BMW 328, Infiniti G35 or Lexus is250 which is the most reliable?

I am in the market of buying a mid luxury car and wanted to buy a used car (2008) and wanted owners opinions on repair cost, reliability and value of the cars I listed and I know Lexus is250 might most likely be the winner here but the car is truly UGLY (modified corolla bred with a camry IMO) are the rest really that bad (I have heard horrid stories)
 
Lexus is the best. BMW 328 is also a very good car and looks cooler. I have known people with Infinitis and they say they are junk. Get an Infiniti if you don't mind taking your car to the mechanic all the time for ridiculous problems.
