Bmw 328i 1996 convertible turning off when i brake?
Well I dont know what is wrong with my e36. I have driven this car for 3 years and up until i changed the engine it started turning off in the freeway when i brake or at times it doesnt turn off but the rpm goes below 1000. The car is stick shift but it is weird because it does not do it all the time . It starts doing it after ive driven the car. for a while but then it goes back to normal. Does any one have any idea of what it could be. Gas pump, catylactic converters, idle control valve? And the thing is that when i take it to my mechanic it doest do it , so he believes nothing is wrong with the car and thinks im making everything .But it actually turns off in the freeway when i brake.
