BMW 745LI - looking to buy this, help me?

Hi im looking to buy a used bmw 745Li with a year from 2002-2005, with around 100,000km on it (60,000miles). My price budget is from 15-25 thousand dollars Canadian. i live in toronto canada. i done so much research on this car for like 5 months and i simply love it, adore it and everything. please reccommend this car to me, or not. please provide details on features it lacks and solutions / etc.

**btw, if im buying it from america, will the GPS,BMW assist/integrated phone system work in canada? if not, how much will it cost to get them to work? thanks.

i actually love the 7 series bmw they drive so nice and feel so luxurious my uncle has a 760 its a v12 i love it lol.the only problem your going to have is just with repairs these cars cost so so much to repair so you have to be careful good luck.
