BMW Business CD Player Keeps Jumping?

I just got a BMW 330d which is fab. However, the CD player seems to be very sensitive to road surfaces and keeps jumping. When the car is stationary its fine with no problems so does not appear to be the laser lens. Is there anyway I can prevent this, its very frustrating!!!
I forgot to say it is a multi changer situated in the boot of the car!
 
Hi I am a part time home mechanic, Hopefully this will help, Firstly remove your cd player from your dash, clean out all the dust and remove the connections, clean these out with a new toothbrush and re connect the wiring. Then re insert the cd player and check how secure the fitting is. You may be able to push some more lugs in to stabilize it .Secondly buy a cd disc cleaner about £4 by memory and use this. Hope it helps.
