Hii So I'm 15 yo male , 140 lb , 5ft9 . I've been hittin the gym for a year now and I'm pretty lean/ripped . My arms and chest is looking good but the problem is my abs. Yes I know , cardio and eating right. But as a teen, should I do something specific ? My goal is to get my and nicely toned in 2 weeks. (i already have "abs" it's just that there's a 2mm fat layer over them). SO ANYWAY I WOULD LIKE SOME ADVICE PLEASE
