Boost Mobile: Motorola I465?

I recently purcahsed the new "Clutch" phone from Boost Mobile. This means the Motorola I465 (Full QWERTY keyboard)

When I attempted to text, it all works well. Now, the problem is, when pressing the letter key, it sends the message. And at the base menu, pressing the letter key caused my contacts to open. Is there a simple way to repair this matter, or will the phone need to be replaced?
The letter key will not apply the letter into the text. It merely sends the text message to the selected contacts. I'm think the error at hand is the letter key believes it is more a form of "Enter" or "Send" key maybe?
Idiotic jerks should not answer with useless responses.
 
lmao Okay... forget about motorola.... Dont ever use them... i used like 3 of their phones... heres what happened...



Okay my motorola w450 sucked so much they removed it from the site

Freezes,Slow,Freezes when you text homeroom....
Bad quality
Says 1.3 MP but its like .5 MP... Breaks easily...

Now every other Moto has like crappy quality,Freezes, and is slow 2 but their still in stock...

Check the T-Mobile site you wont find W450 cuz it suked soooo much
