bose in ear earphones?

are these good. how do they compare to the bose on ear headphones. do they hurt your ears. how is the sound quality
 
They are excellent and comfortable. I have bought several pair for different devices. I have the over the ear Bose too ... don't like having to switch out batteries for noise cancellation pairs.
