I am 25 girl
I wake up at 7am,jog 30 min then at 8am i start training moderate cardio and endurance exercise(skiping,static bike,pad work,shaddow box) i rest for about 15-20 min inbetween every hour and a half. i finish at 1pm.
Ihit the gym again at 3pm i do weights and heavy bag,same again i rest every hour and a half.
At 6 i do more intense workout like circuits and sparring i finish at 9pm
I do this 6 days a week and im in bed by 11.30pm
I woud apeciate some nutrition advice for the whole day what to have for breakfast inbetween sessions,lunch,dinner etc what woud your meal plan be? any suplements and when to take them
