The brain is an analog computer. Most computers are digital. Once the problem of actually deciphering brain waves is crossed, we sure can. Look what has happened in the last 50 years--from room-sized, transistorized units, to PC's--something only a dream in the early 60's. Technology advances exponentially, too.
