So for the past few days, i have been eating dry bran as a snack! Its soh yummeh!
I have been having about 75g a day lol...it dose not look like much because bran is so dense and heavy...but really...its quite a lot...going by the serving of 30g on the box lol. I make sure i eat it early in the day so i can use up most of the energy that it gives me.
It has a lot of carb in it and i just wondered if eating THIS amount of bran DAILY is actually okay when:
1. not being particularly active (apart from walking around in heels, up and down stairs quite a lot)
2. Using lots of brain power at school
3. On a calorific intake of around 1200
If not why and how much is better?
