Breast Size for 13 year old?

I'm thirteen and I started developing "breasts" when I was 11 or so. My ribs are 28 and my chest is 30.... so that gives me about a negative two.

That's not even a AAA, is it?

Are my breasts ever going to grow? They have been like this for two years now....
