broken ipod!?

i was listening to mah ipod on mah way to church, wen i returned i turned it on and it was acting weird. wen i played songs, it didnt make a sound and it never finishes a song! it just keeps on goin to the next song. then i charged it, wen i turned it on to chek if its works again, it froze! and i cant do anything! wat do i do?
