Brown period?

I've been having brown spotting for 2 days and today (3rd day) it seems as if it is turing into a period but it is still brown. no signs of any red or pink and it is a week before my period is due. Im due to start the 6th of august. this has never happened.

opinions? has this happened to someone? is it pregnancy? i know its too early to test

That happens to me almost every month. Completely normal.
