Buffalo chicken meatball recipe?

I have frozen buffalo chicken meatballs and I am looking for new interesting recipes to use them in. Anyone have any suggestion on how to use these for dinner? (other then pizza or sandwiches)

Bed of baby spinach on a plate
cut meatballs in half
after heating, place the meatballs onto the spinach
place a dab of blue cheese or ranch onto each half meatball
garnish with some carrot sticks and celery on the same plate
