Buffet ideas?

It's my sisters birthday in December, and we're having a huge party for her (Around 150 people!) A few family and friends are having a big day of making buffet food, but we have no ideas of what we could make! Any ideas anyone? (We'd like cold dishes preferably!)

Quiche is a good favourite as are nice sarnies. Pasta salad, potato salad, rice salad. Samosas, chicken goujons, fish goujons, they both go really well!
sausage rolls, halved scotch eggs and mini fruit tartlets and mini eclairs for pud.
The food doesnt have to be trendy, good old fashioned favourites are a much better bet.

Suddenly Salad is a great one-you can find it in the pasta aisle at the grocery store-super simple to make and it is cold. Other cold dishes that are good are those pinwheels (tortillas, cream cheese, ham and a pickle), fruit with a chocolate fountain, dip in a crock pot with chips, spinch dip,
