Its about 2 inches long is orangeish about 3/4 of an inch wide paper thin and has a black connector piece on each side It has written on it

It came with my ASUS P5N-D motherboard. I probably dont have to use this wire but I wanna make sure. I dont see any spot for it what so ever. Id like to know what it does.
