Bull sticker on back of some car's what is it for ?

i noticed on the back of some car's there is a black sticker of a bull (with horns ) what does it mean ? what is it ? ( yes i know a bull ) like some cars have little symbol of silver fish with is to do with church ...but a bull ... have a look their every where
 
You mean the sticker is for spanish not for everyone. Maybe it would be better for us to create some sticker design to put it also there at the back of our car.
