Burn DVD for Mac from a Bittorrent Download?!?!?

I downloaded movies from isohunt using vuze for my mac computer.
Now i wanna burn them onto a DVD, how can i do that...im reading alot about SP, SLP...and AVI, MPEG..etc

-now i just got a sony DVD-R empty dvds...they are 120 min each...some movies are greater in size,
-So how can i burn them? like a converter i know i need!
-what the best and what's free?
-Also how can i make them fit?
Oh and i would like to play them on my standard DVD player ...on my tv.

i don't know what s/w you need exactly,but checkout www.egydown.com
it has a no of free s/w & i was greatly helped.
