I bought assassins creed brotherhood like a week ago, and played it most of the week. Yesterday while in the process of playing it the ps3 made a loud popping noise and the game stopped playing. I popped the disc out to find a hairline crack on the disc where the hole in the center is. I had never taken it out of the ps3 since i bought it and it wasnt cracked before, so it had to be my ps3. I did a google search to find that this was common, and the only thing to do was buy the game again. My question is, is instead of spending over 50$ to get the game again if I just copied the game (my computer will read the disc) to a dvd would my ps3 read it and play it?
