Button on Motorola ROKR Z6m won't work?

The very top left side button on my Motorola ROKR Z6m (Usually used for the "select") won't work 1/2 the time. I always have to pound on it. And even then it sometimes still won't work. Is there anything I can do fix it myself without having to pay for it?

If you recently brought it, take it back to the store, if its old then cut your losses. I had a phone that the 2 button stopped working, not cool cconsidering all New Zealand cell phone numbers start 02******** (also meant I could do an A,B or C when texting) I just brought a new phone.
