buying a new phone and wanting to unlock?

well im planning on buying a new sony ericsson S500i mobile phone which is locked onto virgin

the thing is im already on an optus plan on my old phone and i wanted to transfrer the same sim onto the newphone. so is there a way of unlocking the phone off of virgin and onto optus?

or i can just put the optus sim card into it ? ;D

I know how things work out here ,,,,, in the GCC...

if u get an unlocked phone... all you have 2 do is take it 2 a local mobile repair shop where they will unlock the phone for you and from then on , u can use any local service on it.

Hi unless you unlock your Sony Ericsson s500i mobile from virgin network you cant use your optus sim in it.Code are the best method to unlock it to get code visit Unlocking4u.com here they ask you the imei number of your mobile .Finally they deliver you code to unlock your mobile .
