by bird cockatiel keeps scratching and screams?

my bird scratches the back of her neck and she hurts herself and screams, do u know why

My does the same thing just check they eat normal, they move around, they look healthy. They like scream just pay attention if you hear another cockatiel near. they will scream too and so yours too, then you little bird get estress and reacts like that.
