I need a fast, simple cake recipe that doesn't need baking soda.I have Flour, sugar,vanilla extract,eggs, milk and baking powder. I know I can make cake with just those things but I need measurments. . . Please!
Also, I have a bout a half a can of chocolate frosting which is enough for one cake, but if I want more frosting, is there a chocolate frosting recipe that uses Hershey's Chocolate syrup (I have the bottle, not a can) or Nesquick (I have about a cup of nesqik) If not, oh well.

I don't bake from the box. From scratch is better. And I'm not using a dozen eggs fro just one cake lol
