...Earth at a height of 3600 km? Mass of Earth: 5.98 E 24 kg
Equatorial Radius of the Earth: 6.378 E 3
I'm not sure if these are needed for this problem but I provided them just in case.
This was everything that was given. I'm not sure this problem is even possible..

I am assuiming tangential velocity instead of angular velocities.

What is velocity it is distance / time

What is the distance around a circle. 2 r pi

The 6378 km radius plus the 3600 altitude
distance the satellite goes is 2 * pi * 9978km

Now divide by the time it takes to go one lap around. Did they give you angular velocity or a frequency at which it travels... I think you will need some time time component to solve.....
